Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Handy Set Go ("Handy," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Handy on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance.

Handy Set Go is a cloud-based field service management platform providing:

• Job tracking, dispatch, and scheduling
• Customer and technician management
• Quote and invoice generation
• Photo upload and document storage
• AI-powered assistance for job reporting, summaries, and workflows
• Customer-facing service request portal

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and not share them
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Supervise all automated features and AI outputs used under your account
• Ensure all users you add (technicians, admins) comply with these Terms

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use Handy to:

• Upload, store, or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Violate the privacy rights of your customers or employees
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Use AI features for any unlawful purpose or to generate misleading outputs
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without notice.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create in Handy, including customer information, job records, photos, and documents ("Your Data").

By using Handy, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Data and will not use it for any purpose other than operating and improving the platform.

Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve platform features and performance.

Access to Handy requires a paid subscription. The following billing terms apply:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at signup
• All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law
• Non-payment may result in account suspension after a 7-day grace period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Plans may include storage limits (e.g., 250 GB per account); exceeding limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions

To cancel, you may do so at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, or technical advice.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Handy in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account at any time through the platform settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked
• Your data will be retained for up to 60 days, during which you may request an export
• After 60 days, your data will be permanently deleted

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
